Like any garment made by hand, Yellow Hook Neckties require special care. In order to get the most out of your hand made tie we have the following suggestions:

Do not leave your tie folded or knotted. Store your tie by either gently rolling it up or hanging it on a tie hangar with ample room. We recommend that you do not wear your tie on consecutive days. Just like a fine pair of shoes, our ties need some time to breathe, and the fabric will relax back to its natural state if stored properly.
Since our ties are untipped, they may require a touch up once in a while. Do not iron your tie, as that will take away the natural and beautiful roll from the fabric. We find that a quick steam works best to bring the shape of our ties back to life. You could use an iron and gently hover it above the surface of the tie, steaming it in the necessary areas. You could also use a professional steamer, or hang it in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes.
